When you make a decision, commit to it. Is your alarm set for 5am tomorrow but the time comes and you feel you can’t?
Count to three and do it.
There’s a 5 second rule that if you don’t physically move in the first 5 seconds to act on a goal, your brain will kill the idea. That’s why counting to three is even better.
