It's Not About How Much You Do, It's How Well You Do It | With Bodybuilder and Actor Mark Omezi
In this episode, we interview Mark Omezi, a pro bodybuilder and actor who came to the U.S. from Nigeria in 2005.
Mark grew up playing soccer and stopped in 2017 when he began competing competitively in bodybuilding. When he first started bodybuilding, he was always told that he had the size and composition to become competitive in the sport. He quickly realized after his first show that a lot would have to change within the minute details if he actually wanted to become successful.
We dive deeper on topics like how social media plays a role in the mindset of an amateur, knowing how much training is effective for YOU, how confidence is built in different ways, and much more.
