It’s what comes when you leave the gym that separates you from the rest. The eating, the sleeping, the recovery.

Use Austyn as a prime example. He’s 285 lbs. Do you know the amount of food you have to eat to get this weight? Let’s not get confused here. It’s not cakes and muffins. It’s chicken a rice, over and over and over again.

You can be the advantage. Make yourself the advantage. Eat clean, train hard, sleep well, and your improvements are right around the corner.
